On-line and Telephone Orders

All orders and promotion codes are subject to acceptance by Texas Cyclesport, Inc. All products listed on this website are subject to availability.

In the event a backorder causes an order to be sent without the initial order, Texas Cyclesport will pay postage on all backorders after the first shipment. All backorders will be shipped via ground delivery. Backorders that are longer than 30 days are subject to cancellation.

Products are shipped to the billing address or a listed yellow page business address. Orders are shipped and delivered via UPS or DHL, Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. Domestic Next Business Day and Domestic 2nd Business Day Orders are priority shipments and maybe shipped via Air or Ground depending upon location.

Shipping is provided to the 48 United States. AK, HI and APO / FPO-AE, AP must call to place an order.

On-line and Telephone Order Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations and changes to an order either on-line or via telephone must be reported to Texas Cyclesport customer service at (512) 264-2771 or e-mailed to sales@txcyclesport.com within 15 minutes of the order being placed (includes Saturday and Sunday orders). All orders after this period are shipped at the customer's expense. No adjustments will be allowed beyond this time period and cancellations will be subject to a 10% restocking and processing fee.

Out Dated Product Listings

If an out dated product(s) is out of stock and is listed or pictured, it will be replaced by an updated version of the product(s). Texas Cyclesport reserves the right to upgrade a customer with the most recent version of a product(s) without notification. No additional charges shall apply.

Retail Store Orders and Product Pick-ups

Customers may pick-up and place orders at our retail locations for product(s) and price(s) that appear on our website. All orders that are picked up from our retail locations shall only incur Texas State and Local taxes, per location. Please note pick up times listed per location.

Payment for product(s) at our retail locations are as follows: all major Credit Cards listed on our website plus cash.

Freight and Handling Charges

Domestic Next Business Day Orders; add $36.99 and $500.00+ call for shipping rate quote.

Domestic 2nd Business Day Orders; add $14.99 and $500.00+ add $31.99 to the regular shipping rate.

Get Free Ground Shipping on any Online orders over $400, includes listed E-mail Specials but Excludes free shipping on Groupsets with Wheelsets and Wheelsets alone. Groupsets with wheelsets and wheelsets alone will have a reduced rate.

Any item(s) listed as Free Shipping will receive Free Ground Shipping. If item(s) are added in addition to the Free Shipping item(s), you will only be billed for the difference in shipping, if applicable. Additionally, multiple free shipping credits will not apply and are adjusted to reflect one free ship credit after checkout. Texas Cyclesport reserves the right to substitute (no charge) items for equal or greater value like items.

Requests for Expedited delivery, other than Ground, that are listed as Free Shipping item(s) will be billed at the normal Expedited rate.

Any and all (Free Shipped Product(s)) if returned, shall be billed for outbound shipping at the time of return. Shipping will be deducted from the free-shipped item(s) after the 10% restocking fee is deducted.

Texas Cyclesport does not guarantee any package(s) from being lost or delayed by the delivering carrier. In the event a package(s) is either lost or delayed in transit by the delivering carrier a tracer on the package will be implemented after 20 working days from the time of departure by the sender. A claim will then be filed by Texas Cyclesport with the delivering carrier for a credit refund and a new product will be sent with a credit issued for shipping. Additionally, no adjustments will be made for Air or Ground packages that are delayed by weather.

No sales tax on orders shipped outside Texas.     7.00% sales tax on orders shipped inside Texas.

Sorry, no after sale price adjustments. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned free-shipped item(s) will be charged for outbound shipping.
