Price Match Policy
All price matching will be determined by Texas Cyclesport. Price matched
products must be non OEM (boxed) and in stock at the time of sale. Prices will be matched via telephone orders only. Orders
placed On-line will not be included in this price match policy. Our price match policy extends only to new products,
products not being phased out of our inventory and / or clearance products offered by other companies. All price matching
must be taken at the time an order is placed and no after sales price adjustments will be made.
Promotion Code(s)
There is a limit of one Promotion Code per order that can be used.
A Valid Promotion Code must be submitted at the time of purchase in Promotion Code Area (located under the credit
card number field). No after sale price adjustments will be made. Promotion Code(s) must meet all conditions
outlined in the original promotion to apply.
Returns
We offer a (25) twenty-five day money back guarantee on
all uninstalled and unused products. Our customers may return any uninstalled and unused
item within twenty-five days of date of purchase for a credit refund (less 10% restocking fee).
All products returned must be in the original packaging accompanied by the original invoice with the
customer's signature. In no case shall a credit for a refund exceed the original invoice price.
Credits are issued solely upon the discretion of Texas Cyclesport.
We cannot refund or accept postage on any product shipped by Texas Cyclesport. Credit is only issued upon
receipt of returned merchandise. Absolutely no cash refunds given.
No Charge Product(s) and Returns
Texas Cyclesport reserves the right to substitute (no charge) items for
equal or greater value like items, but not limited to size or color. Free Product(s) cannot be exchanged. Any and
all (No Charge and Free Product(s)) items accompanying a product(s) shall be
returned. In the event the (no charge) items are not returned, the items
then shall be billed at the unit price for each item.
Free Shipping Product(s) Returns
Any and all (Free Shipped Product(s)) if returned, shall be billed for
outbound shipping at the time of return. Shipping will be deducted from the free-shipped item(s) after the 10% restocking
fee is deducted.
Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for checking all sizes, colors,
and irregularities of all products shipped at the time of receipt. The buyer is responsible for retaining
all invoices, warranty information and receipts after the sale.
Shipping Errors and Product Defects
Product shipment errors and any manufacturers product
defect(s) must be reported to Texas Cyclesport customer service at (512) 264-2771 within five days of
receipt. No adjustments will be allowed beyond this time period. Texas Cyclesport reserves the right
to refuse compensation for product shipment errors or any manufacturers product defect(s) after five
days of merchandise receipt and delivery.
Warranties
"Any warranties on the goods said hereby are those made
by the manufacturer. Texas Cyclesport, Inc., the seller, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties,
either express or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in
connection with sales of the said products. All receipts for warranties must be retained and presented
by the customer to the manufacturer."
Damaged Shipments
Texas Cyclesport assumes no liability for damaged goods.
If your shipment arrived damaged, please contact your local carrier. Save the shipped carton for
inspection. A replacement item will be sent as quickly as possible upon receipt of returned damaged
goods. No additional shipping charges will be applied.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Texas Cyclesport does not guarantee any package(s) from being lost or
delayed by the delivering carrier. In the event a package(s) is either lost or delayed in transit by the delivering
carrier a tracer on the package will be implemented after 20 working days from the time of departure by the sender.
A claim will then be filed by Texas Cyclesport with the delivering carrier for a credit refund and a new product will
be sent with a credit issued for shipping.
Returned Used and Installed Merchandise
Returned used and installed merchandise will not be
accepted. Used merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer. All returned used and
installed merchandise to Texas Cyclesport shall be subject to return shipping charges to the customer.
Lost Returned Goods
Texas Cyclesport assumes no liability for lost returned
goods. All claims for lost returned merchandise must be filed with the delivering carrier.
